This service appointment was great. The communication to have the services setup was excellent as we had two vehicles to service in the same day at staggered times so that we can utilize the downtime running errands while each was getting serviced. Vehicle one was taken immediately and finished a little over expected time. This was with recall updates that took a little longer than originally thought (30 mins longer); but they kept us updated the whole time and was apologetic that it was taking longer. Vehicle two was again taken on time of the appointment and was completed prior to the expected time which was great. All in all this was a great experience.

I brought my car into Gerry Land on Tuesday! I did understand that they couldn't do nothing to my car that day! But the next day I didn't get no call to let me know anything about my car! I had to call Ben myself! Then I didn't appreciate the service

Oil and filter changed along with tire rotation. It was Monday morning at 7:00am. Couldn’t believe no one was grumpy or complaining. In at 7 out at 7:40, and price was right. Highly Recommend!
