Arrived at dealership at 7AM without appointment. 12th in line. Battery not retaining a charge. Left dealership at 7:45AM with new battery installed. I’d rate that A-1.

Paul and Ryan were courteous, professional and welcoming. Anytime a repair requires a return trip is a negative, but I understand the circumstances. One suggestions is that if I drop off my car on Thursday I need to hear from the service dept Thursday afternoon whether or not my car will be ready so that I can find a ride to work and make plans for Friday.

I made and appointment for a GMC recall and brough and a oil change, it took longer than I expected. The service written called and told me it would be ready the next day. She had me picked up at home to come back and pick up my truck.

The people at Gerry Lane are always friendly and great to work with. I was disappointed in this most recent visit because there was grease marks all over the interior of my truck, as well as grease stains on the two front seats. It's the first time I've had to clean my interior after a routine maintenance visit, which shouldn't be the case.

I uses my GM app to give me updates on my vehicle. I went in for oil change and tire rotation. According to my app the air pressure in my tires were not the same... just as before the service. I like to have a satisfied mind when I leave. In this case I don't know what to think. Did my tires get rotated. Next time I will mark the ties. Otherwise the wait time was very good.
