My service experience was fine. However, while waiting on my recall to be repaired, I walked across the lot to look at your trucks. In the short walk, I was approached by 5 sales people-- 4 from the GMC dealership, and 1 from the Chevy dealership next door. I watched as sales people flagged down visitors, still in their vehicles and looking for a parking spot. It is this sort of circling vulture salespeople that totally turns me off to visiting car dealerships. And while I believe Gerry Lane to be the premier dealership in the area, I would hesitate to visit when I begin my search for a new vehicle, solely for that reason. I fully understand the cutthroat nature of car sales, but in my opinion, it trickles down to create very poor initial customer experiences.
